Training and Development
Objective of our training and development division is to make sure the availability of a skilled and willing workforce to an organization. In addition to that, there are four other objectives: Individual, Organizational, Functional, and Societal.
Individual Objectives - help employees in achieving their personal goals, enhances the performance of an individual and the talent's contribution to an organization which will help to grow the employees as well the employer.
Organizational Objectives - closely assist with the organization with its primary objective by bringing individual effectiveness throughout the process and ensure the effectiveness of the training will show the results of the performance and customer satisfaction.
Societal Objectives - ensure that an organization is ethically and socially responsible to the needs and challenges of the society.
So far we have trained about 5000 Rural candidates in Basic Computer Operations/ Typing Skills/ MS-Office/ Internet usage/ Spoken English/ Soft-skills etc.
